Introducing USA Triathlon Nationals!

USA Triathlon Nationals combines the Age Group National Championships and Youth & Junior National Championships into a weekend-long celebration of triathlon! The largest amateur triathlon event in the United States, Nationals gives everyone from age 7 to 80+ a chance to compete for a national title.

The 2023 USA Triathlon Nationals heads to Milwaukee, Wisc., which successfully hosted the 2022 Age Group National Championships. Racing will take place across the entire first weekend in August: Aug. 4-6, 2023.

Athletes looking to compete in adult age group races must earn a qualifying mark at an event earlier in the year. Youth and Junior races do not require qualification. Also new in 2023, athletes ages 7-18 are eligible for junior or youth age group races (previously ages 7-15).

Registration for USA Triathlon Nationals is open for all qualified athletes and non-qualification events.

Check the links and images below for qualification and registration requirements. Age Group athletes should check the Age Group National Championships page, while youth and junior athletes can use the Youth & Junior Nationals page.
