Team USA Worlds Qualification at Toyota Age Group Nationals

Team USA spot claiming will take place in the KT Tape Team USA Lounge. Podium finishers will be escorted to the Lounge from the awards ceremony to claim their Worlds spot. Spots MUST be claimed on site in Milwaukee, or else your spot will be forfeited.

Awards will be held in the ballroom of the Hyatt Regency Milwaukee - 333 W Kilbourn Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53203. The KT Tape Team USA Lounge will be adjacent to the awards ceremony at the Hyatt Regency.

*NO MATTER HOW MANY SPOTS ARE AVAILABLE IN YOUR AGE GROUP FOR EACH EVENT, THE TOP 18 FINISHERS IN EACH AGE GROUP PER EVENT SHOULD COME TO THE TEAM USA LOUNGE TO EXPRESS INTEREST IN A WORLDS SPOT IF MORE SPOTS BECOME AVAILABLE*

**All athletes eligible to represent the United States must: Be a U.S. citizen OR Be a U.S. national – someone who has resided in the US for three consecutive years and has not competed for their country of citizenship in the prior year.**

Sprint Distance Worlds Qualification:

Qualifies for: 2022 World Triathlon Sprint Championships- Montreal, Canada- June 22-26, 2022. Eight World Championship spots for women in each age group and eight World Championship spots for men in each age group will be awarded at this event. There will be no pass downs. The other 10 spots per gender will qualify at Age Group DL Sprint Nationals in Tempe, AZ November 12-13, 2021.

Super-Sprint Distance Qualification:

Qualifies for Super-Sprint Non-Draft World Championships- Abu Dhabi, UAE- November 2022. Qualification: Due to the 2021 cancellation of Super Sprint Worlds, spots for 2022 more limited, as Team USA 2020 athletes have first priority to 2022 Worlds. Olympic Distance Qualification:

Qualifies for Standard Triathlon World Championships- Abu Dhabi, UAE- November 2022. Qualification: Due to the 2021 cancellation of Standard Tri Worlds, spots for 2022 are extremely limited, as Team USA 2020 athletes have first priority to 2022 Worlds.
