Registration is closed.
High School registration will close on April 20 at 11:59 p.m. MT.
Collegiate registration will close on April 18 at 11:59 p.m. MT.
Please note: To register, your club must renew their membership with USA Triathlon before you attempt to register. Clubs will be unable to register if they have not yet renewed for the current year. If you need assistance in renewing your club's membership, please contact clubs@usatriathlon.org. All clubs must compete the Eligibility Form for all club members attending Collegiate Club Nationals. The form must be signed by the Registrar.

Olympic & Draft-Legal:- Step 1: Registration site: click here
- Step 2: Select Olympic or Draft Legal and put in the password. (Passwords are provided by the conferences directly to the Clubs)
- Step 3: Enter your information throughout the registration form.
- Note: If your Collegiate Club is not listed in the drop down menu, this more than likely means that the club has not renewed with USA Triathlon. Please reach out to your club administrator for details.
- Step 4: Check out
- Note: If payment for your registration is being made in bulk on a school credit card, please contact your club administer for the discount code to be used at check out.
- Step 1: Registration site: click here.
- Step 2: Select your MTR's conference and put in the password. (Passwords are provided by the conferences directly to the Clubs). ***Please note that your entire MTR team must be registered at once!
- Step 3: Enter your team's information as well as the captain's basic information
- Step 4: Continue to complete the race information for the captain as well as registering the remaining 3 athletes.
- Step 5: Check out
- Note: If payment for your registration is being made in bulk on a school credit card, please contact your club administer for the discount code to be used at check out.
Conference commissioners may contact clubs@usatriathlon.org for the registration password.
Schools paying for bulk registrations:
- Step 1: Payment site: USA Triathlon Store
- Step 2: Select ‘Buy’ under the Collegiate Olympic Registration, Collegiate Draft Legal Registration, or the Collegiate Mixed Team Relay based on what you are purchasing.
- Step 3: Select the number of registrations you need to purchase, add your School Name and proceed to checkout.
- Step 4: An email will be sent to the email address given during checkout with the discount codes to be used when the athlete registers for his/her event. It is the responsibility of the individual receiving this email to give the discount code to the appropriate athletes.

Important Registration Information
- There is no transfer or deferment of entries from one year to the next; you must re-qualify each year
- There are no refunds
- Athletes MUST be annual USA Triathlon members to race
To be eligible for awards you must:
- Be a U.S. citizen.
- Be a U.S. national - someone who has resided in the U.S. for three years.
Event Cancellation and Modification Policy
In the event of extreme weather, natural disaster, community disaster or other unforeseen emergencies, our action steps will be as follows:- USA Triathlon, in concert with local officials, will make the final decision based on safety of the athletes, spectators, vendors, volunteers and others affiliated with the event.
- USA Triathlon may, based on the conditions of the course, shorten the distances or cancel the event altogether.
- Because costs of the event have already been paid out to cover various levels of production expenses, there will be NO REFUNDS, transferred entry fees or future complimentary entry fees.
