Please note: To register, your club must renew their membership with USA Triathlon before you attempt to register. Clubs will be unable to register if they have not yet renewed for the current year. If you need assistance in renewing your club's membership, please contact Jenny Ryan. All clubs must compete the Eligibility Form for all club members attending Collegiate Club Nationals. The form must be signed by the Registrar

Olympic & Draft-Legal:
  • Step 1: Registration site: click here.
  • Step 2: Select Olympic or Draft Legal and put in the password.  (Passwords are provided by the conferences directly to the Clubs)
  • Step 3: Enter your information throughout the registration form.  
    • Note:  If your Collegiate Club is not listed in the drop down menu, this more than likely means that the club has not renewed with USA Triathlon.  Please reach out to your club administrator for details.  
  • Step 4: Check out 
    • Note:  If payment for your registration is being made in bulk on a school credit card, please contact your club administer for the discount code to be used at check out.  
Mixed-Team-Relay:
  • Step 1: Registration site: click here.
  • Step 2: Select Mixed-Team-Relay and put in the password.  (Passwords are provided by the conferences directly to the Clubs)
  • Step 3: Enter your information throughout the registration form.
    • Note:  The team captain must be the first to register so that the Mixed-Team-Relay can be created.  
  • Step 4:  Create your team by selecting ‘Create Team’ under the Team Information section.  Give your team a name and then select your relay start position.  
  • Step 5: Check out 
    • Note:  If payment for your registration is being made in bulk on a school credit card, please contact your club administer for the discount code to be used at check out.
Athletes joining a MTR team:
  • Step 1: Registration site: click here.
  • Step 2: Select Mixed Team Relay and put in the password.  (Passwords are provided by the conferences directly to the Clubs)
  • Step 3: Enter your information throughout the registration form.
  • Step 4:  Add yourself to a team by selecting ‘Join a team’ under the Team Information section. Find your team in the drop down menu, select it and provide the password given to you by your MTR captain.  
  • Step 5:  Check out

Alumni Mixed Team Relay:

  • Step 1: Registration site: click here.
  • Step 2: Select Alumni Mixed Team Relay and put in the password. Contact clubs@usatriathlon.org for the password.

    • Note: The Team Captain NEEDS TO BE THE FIRST TOR REGISTER so that the Alumni Mixed Team Relay can be created.
  • Step 4: Create your team by selecting 'Create Team' under the Team Information section. Give your team a name and then select your relay start position.
  • Step 5: Check out.
    • Note: If payment for your registration is being made in bulk, please contact your club administrator for the code to be used at check out. This code is generated by USAT and sent to the individual who made the bulk purchase.

Schools paying for bulk registrations:

  • Step 1:  Payment site: USA Triathlon Store.
  • Step 2:  Select ‘Buy’ under the Collegiate Olympic Registration, Collegiate Draft Legal Registration, or the Collegiate Mixed Team Relay based on what you are purchasing.
  • Step 3:  Select the number of registrations you need to purchase, add your School Name and proceed to checkout.
  • Step 4:  An email will be sent to the email address given during checkout with the discount codes to be used when the athlete registers for his/her event.  It is the responsibility of the individual receiving this email to give the discount code to the appropriate athletes.

Pasta Party Registration

pasta partyUSA Triathlon will once again host a free pasta dinner outside of Doug Kingsmore Stadium for competing athletes and one coach per team on Friday, April 22nd. Your team must be pre-registered for the party unless they are buying tickets at the door. The party will be held in conjunction with the baseball game and all athletes will receive a free ticket to the baseball game. Additional coaches or guests may purchase a ticket at the door for $15.00. There is only limited seating for each time slot so all athletes must attend their designated time. The pasta party tent location is denoted by the red box on the map to the right. Parking is located in the Jervey Meadows lot, South of the stadium or in lot 5, East of the stadium.

The seating times are as follows: 4:30-5:45pm, 6:00-7:15pm, 7:45-9:00pm. *Please note the baseball game starts at 6:30pm.

Alumni Mixed Team Relay

The 2016 USA Triathlon Collegiate Club National Championships will open the Mixed Team Relay event to include up to 15 Alumni Mixed Team Relays. Current Collegiate Clubs should invite their alumni to form an Alumni Mixed Team Relay. The format will still remain as 2 female athletes and 2 male athletes. If a collegiate club is not able to fill a full team, a conference based team can petition for a slot. Please contact your conference commissioner with this request. Alumni MTR teams are not eligible for prizes.

Important Registration Information

  • There is no transfer or deferment of entries from one year to the next; you must re-qualify each year
  • There are no refunds
  • Athletes MUST be annual USA Triathlon members to race

To be eligible for awards you must:

  • Be a U.S. citizen.
  • Be a U.S. national - someone who has resided in the U.S. for three years.

Event Cancellation and Modification Policy

In the event of extreme weather, natural disaster, community disaster or other unforeseen emergencies, our action steps will be as follows:
  • USA Triathlon, in concert with local officials, will make the final decision based on safety of the athletes, spectators, vendors, volunteers and others affiliated with the event. 
  • USA Triathlon may, based on the conditions of the course, shorten the distances or cancel the event altogether.  
  • Because costs of the event have already been paid out to cover various levels of production expenses, there will be NO REFUNDS, transferred entry fees or future complimentary entry fees.
