High Performance Camps

USA Triathlon High Performance Junior Camps play a key role in preparing young athletes for national and international competition. Camps designated under this program are aligned with the goals and objectives of the USAT High Performance Plan, a four year plan developed in conjunction with the U.S. Olympic Committee.

All camps designated by USAT High Performance are selective and attendance is by invitation only. Camp Directors have some discretion to select a cohort of athletes who, based on chronological and developmental age, sport experience, and goals, will best allow for camp objectives to be met. Additionally, many USAT High Performance Teams offer training events and clinics that are suitable for a wider range of athletes.
