COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (May 28, 2019) -- The 2019 Pan American Games Fight-Off will be held at the USA Taekwondo Headquarters in Colorado Springs, on Sunday, June 23, 2019. The format will be best two out of three with the winner being named to the 2019 Pan American Games Team.The following athletes will be competing for a coveted Pan American Games nomination which will be held in Lima, Peru July 26-29, 2019.
