Athlete Life & Programs Specialist- The specialist will serve as the primary liaison to Lake Placid Olympic & Paralympic Training Center (OPTC) residents and short-term athletes with specific attention to oversight and execution of the Community Service & Outreach Programs, speaking engagement requests, and Sports Medicine rehabilitation support requests.

 

ACE Athlete Career Coach- The Career Coach provides comprehensive coaching services to Olympic and Paralympic athletes and hopefuls. Builds relationships with athletes, employers, Adecco Group, and other relevant stakeholders in a high quality, cost-effective manner. Works collaboratively with employers and program participants while accurately monitoring progress. Apply by September 6.

 


U.S. OLYMPIC & PARALYMPIC MUSEUM
Director of Guest Services- The Director of Guest Services is responsible for the day-to-day functionality of the Guest Services Department. The Director provides support and guidance to each member of the staff to ensure they provide a high level of customer service and satisfaction to visitors and assure that services provided meet and exceed Museum goals and expectations.

 

Director of Marketing and Communications- The USOPM's Director of Marketing and Communication is directly responsible for the organization’s marketing and communications activities and oversees the development and delivery of a fully integrated marketing and communication strategy for the Museum.

 

INTERNATIONAL OLYMPIC COMMITTEE
Winter Youth Olympic Games 2020 Games Role- The IOC's Athlete 365 Career+Games OperationalExperienceprogramfor the Lausanne 2020 – Winter Youth Olympic Games initiative aims to provide anopportunityforretiredelite athletes who wish topursue a career in the field of sports administration and Games operationsor coachingby directly supporting the Team USA Delegationas a Team Official. This is a volunteer opportunity. Allairfare, housing and meals in the Youth Olympic Village, and Team USA Delegation apparel will be provided.Apply by September 15!

 

CLASSROOM CHAMPIONS
Athlete Mentor Manager- The Mentor Manager matches volunteer Olympian, Paralympian, Student-Athlete and Professional Athletes with classrooms for an entire school year of scaled mentorship. PIVOT WORKSHOP FOR RETIRING / RETIRED ATHLETES
NOVEMBER 15-16 IN COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO.
ACE is hosting a Pivot Workshop from November 15-16 for retiring and retired athletes looking for their next steps. Athletes have found it very useful to discuss issues (personal, work, school, etc.) and receive resources to help them make that difficult transition out of sport. All travel and lodging accommodations will be provided if you are available and would like to attend.
