MISSION STATEMENT
The Mission of the USATT Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee is to create a welcoming and encouraging environment for all table tennis players.
In creating this standing committee, USATT DEI Committee’s aim is to build an inclusive culture within USATT, which benefits from the differences among its constituents. These differences include but are not limited to, race, gender, ethnicity, national origin, LGBTQ+, age, religion, language, and physical and cognitive abilities.
Through education and action, we are committed to promoting diversity, inclusion, and equality to ensure all voices are heard.
