Took up the review and updating of our insurance brochure that is sent annually to affiliated clubs.  Staff is working with our agent to make the brochure more user friendly for affiliated clubs. 

Drafted first version of the USATT Diversity and Inclusion Plan mandated by the U.S. Olympic Committee for all Olympic Sports.  Now under internal USATT review for polishing. 

This week saw our Technical Director and High Performance Director, Doru, hustling to assure that all aspects of our U.S. Team’s participation in the ITTF  World Championships in Paris were in place. 

Staff attends to demands related to the planning and execution of the ITTF Americas Challenge to be held in conjunction with the U.S. Open the first week in July in Las Vegas. 

Named a Selection Committee/ Interview Panel and conducted telephonic interviews with three candidates for the Para Nationals Coaching positions posted in March on the USATT website.   This task in on track for timely appointments.  Selection Committee involves representatives from the High Performance Committee, the Coaching Advisory Committee and the Athletes Advisory Council besides staff members. 

Continued with financial reconciliation and equipment disposition related to the North America Cup recently held at the Westchester TT Center in Pleasantville, NY. 

Nearing 100% compliance of the Committee and Advisory Committee Chairs and members with their submission of the audit mandated annual execution of USATT’s standard Conflict of Interest and Code of Ethics forms. 

Worked closely with USATT General Counsel and Chairman of the Board to manage any legal issues facing USATT. 

Continuing focus with a technology firm to implement back office solutions for USATT operations.  Pricing phase about to start.

Next week’s CEO report will be focused on our US team’s participation at the World Championships, the ITTF General Elections and ITTF Committee and Commission appointments.
