Dan Seemiller Resigns as Men’s National Team Coach

Feb. 02, 2009, 12 a.m. (ET)

On February 2, 2009, Dan Seemiller submitted his resignation as Men's National Team Coach.  This marks the end of an illustrious 10 years of service to USATT in this capacity.

"Dan Seemiller is a man of superior integrity, vision, work ethic and achievement.  His services to USATT as Coach of the Men's National Team will clearly be missed but true to his character, he has offered his services in seminars and camps in the years to come so he will never be that far away from the center stage.  Dan has an extraordinary record as a player, coach and as a former President of USATT.  He has always found ways to give back to the sport and he has assured us that this will not change.  USATT remains deeply indebted to Dan for what he has done, what he is doing and what he will do for Table Tennis in the USA."  Michael D. Cavanaugh

USATT will soon be launching an in-depth search for a Coach of the Men's National Team.
