ST. LOUIS, Missouri - At the United States Aquatic Sports Convention, USA Synchro elected two individuals to the Board of Directors.

Jennifer Jarboe joins the USA Synchro Board of Directors as Treasurer. An Ohio native, she holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of Richmond, and an M.B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania. Jarboe has been a Financial Analyst Consultant for four years, and she worked with multiple businesses and nonprofit organizations to analyze and interpret financial data to help support organizational decision making. She has served the Wharton Women in Business as the Board Co-President. Jarboe knows how to translate complex financial and strategic concepts for a wide range of audiences and will bring this experience to USA Synchro.

Chris Leahy joins the USA Synchro Board of Directors as the new Vice President of Competitive Ops. The Alaskan native has been involved with synchronized swimming for decades. He started out in the sport at a club in Alaska. A coach and swimmer himself, Leahy has helped run and organize almost every national meet and USA Synchro hosted International meet since 2014. It is this valuable knowledge and experience that Leahy will bring to the USA Synchro Board to help build premiere events.

USA Synchro would like to thank former Board of Directors, Sheila McNabb and Britt Rooney for their dedication and service to the organization.

USA Synchro is extremely pleased to add Jarboe and Leahy to its existing Board of Directors. Together, with the national office, they will work to put athletes first, host premiere events and grow the sport of Artistic Swimming.
