The City of Tupelo will host the 2019 U.S. Masters Championship

TUPELO, Mississippi – The birthplace of the King of Rock 'N' Roll, Elvis, will soon become home to the 2019 U.S. Masters Championship.

With a population slightly larger than 38,000 residents, Tupelo, is not your traditional “small town.” As the seventh largest city in Mississippi, Tupelo is the commercial, industrial and cultural hub of Northern Mississippi. Known for its deep connection to Mississippi’s music history, the city is home to multiple art and cultural institutions.

Being the birthplace of Elvis, athletes will be able to connect with the legendary musician by taking a tour of his birth place and museum. There is no shortage of Elvis sightings by way of statues, paintings, and even impersonators in Tupelo, as well as gorgeous murals painted throughout the town to honor the King of Rock 'N' Roll.
