Tournament MVP Chad Erickson was the hero of the game as he spurred ClasSick Sports/Monsta Athletics to an 11-8 win over Meredith Digital after his team forced the if-necessary game at the Men's Class D Slow Pitch National Championship on Sunday.  Erickson rocked Meredith Digital with two home runs, going 3-for-4 in the deciding game with five RBI and three runs scored.

Meredith Digital was ahead early but ultimately surrendered the lead for good in the fifth inning as ClasSick Sports/Monsta Athletics took the lead back on a two-run double by Darin Campos.  ClasSick Sports/Monsta Athletics finished the tournament with a 6-1 record and a team batting average of .535.

ClasSick Sports/Monsta Athletics earned a spot in the Championship Game after defeating Shinetime/Pitstop 10-7 earlier in the day.
