Region 7 |

USA Softball of St. Louis umpire Carmen Morrison has been a member of USA Softball for over 25 years. Having umpired fast pitch in the past, Morrison now enjoys umpiring several local slow pitch leagues and always seems to be engaged in conversation with someone. A member of the Gold Level Umpire Program, Morrison attends yearly training and works hard to improve her rule knowledge. USA Softball of St. Louis is proud to have Morrison as a member umpire.

Veteran umpire Kevin Wallace has been making USA Softball of St. Louis proud for over 35 years. He primarily umpires Men’s Fast Pitch during the summer, but has also called several youth Championships during his tenure. A WBSC Umpire and part of the Elite Umpire Program, Wallace enjoys sharing his knowledge of the game with less experienced umpires to help them improve their skills.
