Kyle Ford is a resident of Findlay, Ohio and has been a USA Softball umpire for 14 years.  Kyle works both FP and SP and worked his sixth National Championship in 2020.  Kyle is retired from the US Marine Corps and works for the Findlay City Schools.  In 2018 he worked the Wounded Warriors tour stop in nearby Toledo, Ohio - he says that working that night and working the Special Olympics are by far the best times of his umpire career.  Photo (L-R): Tim Kidder, Angelo Mercorelli, Paul Drake, Sam Scott, Bill Pickett, and Kyle Ford.

Robert Beasley is originally from Maryland and lives in Miamisburg, Ohio.  He has been a USA Softball umpire for over twenty years.  Robert works both FP and SP at all levels and is currently the Assigner and Umpire Trainer for his home area of Dayton.  Robert has worked numerous USA Softball National Championships and several OHSAA state championships.  Although Robert continues as an active umpire, he now especially enjoys training and mentoring newer umpires and also works to provide outstanding customer service to his league and tournament clients throughout the Dayton area.

Region 4 |

Jacob has been umpiring for USA Softball of Arkansas 6 years. He is currently the UIC for District 2 in eastern Arkansas. He has the desire to improve his skills by attending clinics and learning from veteran umpires and he is always available when needed. Coaches from all over the State respect him because of his hustle on the field.

Region 10 |

USA Softball of Southern California would like to acknowledge the 2020 recipient of the 2020 Angels in Blue Scholarship, Samantha Breuer. Sammy has been a player, as well as a local and championship level umpire will SoCal. She is now attending the College of Chemistry at UC Berkeley. We look forward to what the future holds for Sammy.

Region 10 |

USA Softball of Southern California reflects on one of our State Tournaments and a trio of umpires from our West District. Robert Zuniga, Diego Renteria and Brian Ward, seen left to right, are always willing to help our less experienced umpires or just jump on a game so that there will be 3 umpires for the game. Super knowledgeable umpires and all around great guys. We look forward to seeing them on the field soon!

Alex Alexander, Stacy Stobo and Gordon Manings of USA Softball of San Francisco, umpired the championship game for the Mae Louise Mays (late wife of the legendary Willie Mays) 28th Annual San Francisco Foster Youth Fund Charity Tournament at AT&T Park.
