Region 3 I Dave Swanson of Crossville, Tennessee has been a USA Softball registered umpire for 37 years. He is an Elite umpire, a member of the National Indicator Fraternity (NIF) and is also World Baseball Softball Confederation (WBSC) certified in the game of Slow Pitch. Swanson is Deputy State UIC for USA Softball of Tennessee and is involved in training umpire and helping them to improve their skills and advance their careers. |

Region 7 I Roy Shoffner is from USA Softball of St. Louis and is a Marine veteran who served in Vietnam. Shoffner started playing Fast Pitch 47 years ago and played at the highest level, winning National Championships and earning several All-American awards. He began umpiring the game in 2009 and has umpired several championships. He enjoys giving back to the game he loves so much. |
