Dre McKee hired as Managing Director of Marketing for USA Softball

OKLAHOMA CITY — USA Softball, the National Governing Body of Softball in the United States, has announced the hiring of Dre McKee (Tulsa, Okla.) as the new Managing Director of Marketing for the USA Softball National Office. In her new role, McKee will oversee all marketing, promotion and sponsorship initiatives for the USA Softball National Office.

 

“I am thrilled and honored to move into this new role within USA Softball,” said McKee.  “I am excited to be a part of USA Softball’s growth and am looking forward to what the future holds. It is such a privilege to work for this amazing organization."


McKee has been a part of the USA Softball Membership Department since 2016, having served as an Event Coordinator for the USA Softball Hall of Fame Complex.  While in this position, McKee served as a Tournament Director for various USA Softball events held at the USA Softball Hall of Fame Complex and assisted with events such as the NCAA Women’s College World Series (WCWS).  She also oversaw all aspects of concessions at the USA Softball Hall of Fame Complex, including coordinating and licensing vendors for events.

 

Prior to joining the USA Softball National Office, McKee was a member of the Oklahoma State softball team where she was named All-Big 12 Academic Second Team twice in her career.  She graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2016 with a degree in Sports Marketing and a Minor in Entrepreneurship.
