Men's Rink Hockey Team USA Wins "B" World Championships in Dornbirn, Austria

The USA National Rink Roller Hockey Team competing in Bornbirn Austria October 20th to 29th won its’ second world B championship in 2 years by dominating a tough South Africa team 5 to 1 in the championship game.   The US Team lead early 2-0 when South Africa made its’ first and only goal, which was countered immediately by a Chris Gibson rebound goal off a Josh Englund slap shot gave the Americans a 3-1 lead.  The US Team never let up on defense, led by the fine play of Dylan Sordahl and Josh Englund and additional goals by Shane Enlow and Shawn Schmelcher to finish the championship game final in a dominating style, posting a 5-1 US victory over South Africa.
