WHO:  Players in all divisions of USA Roller Sports Rink Hockey.  USA Roller Sports Membership is required.  All players must be current USARS members by June 16 and all membership upgrades need to be submitted by June 16.  Players will not be allowed to register or upgrade membership at nationals.
