2017 Future Team USA Camp Application Download 

CAMP INFORMATION

Eligibility: All skaters must be registered members with USARS. Forty Five (45) spots are available in this camp. All skaters must be 13 or younger on the first day of the camp.

Location: The camp will be conducted on the inside track at the Olympic Training Center Velodrome in Colorado Springs.

Entry Fee: The entry fee is $95 per participant. Entry forms will not be processed if payment and USOC forms do not accompany the application. PLEASE NOTE: If you fax or email your application to USARS, you must add payment information on the form for it to be processed. If you are paying by check or money order, do not fax or email your application to USARS (mail it with your check or money order).

Form of Payment: Money orders, checks or credit/debit cards (Visa, MC, AmEx or Discover) will be accepted. If sending entry form by fax or email, credit card information on this form needs to be complete.
DO NOT SEND CASH.

Responsibility: All skaters are responsible for transportation to, from and within Colorado Springs as well as for their lodging, meals and all miscellaneous expenses during the camp. Please make transportation arrangements prior to your arrival. Skaters are required to bring their own inline skates, helmet, and related skating equipment (such as knee and elbow pads). Uniforms/Skinsuits are highly recommended. All helmets must meet USARS standards and have the appropriate certification sticker intact.

Schedule: Participants should plan on arriving sometime on Wednesday. Orientation will be held at 8 a.m. on Thursday, August 3, 2017 in the Honor Room. You will be going to the
Future Team USA Training Camp Olympic Training Center, Colorado Springs, Colo. track after orientation (please bring your skates). Training is scheduled for Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Sunday’s training is only in the morning. If you plan to depart on Sunday, make your plans to depart for after 12 p.m.

Deadline: Entry forms and fees must be received by the deadline date. (July 10, 2017)

OTC Forms: The OTC forms will be sent to you via email. Please make sure to have these completed prior to attending the clinic.

Confirmation: Make sure to include a valid email address on your application. Confirmations will be sent within 5-7 business days (electronically). We cannot confirm your participation prior to your application being entered into the system. Therefore, if you call or email prior to the 5-7 business days processing time you will not be able to obtain a confirmed status. If you do not receive an email confirmation within 5-7 business days, email oshelbourn@usarollersports.org or call 402-483-7553 extension 24 to check the status of your application.

Accommodations: Skaters are responsible for securing their own accommodations.
