Deadlines, Refunds, and Fees

Early Entry DISCOUNT - Online Entry only, Before May 9th, you will receive a $20 discount.

Juniors & Collegiates Students Discount
$30 off 1st Division, regular Adult Entry Fee (use JRD22 discount code) To use this code, you must have a current Junior or Collegiate membership.

USA Racquetball has eliminated a Late Entry period.

Entries must be made online or by phone before the deadline dates. There is a $10.00 phone in charge if entering by phone. Payment is due at the time of Entry.

USA Racquetball reserves the right to close entries of any division at any time.

Refunds of entry and referee fees (less a $15.00 service fee) are available for withdrawals before Friday, May 13, 2022. No refunds after that date.

Additional fees will include $25 for returned checks and $10.00 for declined cards.

Ground Transportation

No need for a rental car! The hotel offers a FREE shuttle to and from the College Station Airport. By far the easiest, most convenient way to get to the hotel/club, and from there, everything is within walking distance!

Ground Shuttle: The premier transportation provider from Houston Airport to Bryan-College Station. $45 each way for the shuttle. 


USA Racquetball is utilizing an online portal for all room reservations.

Follow the Race for the Team in the ONLY Team Qualifier to determine who will be on Team USA.

Finalists of the U.S. Team Qualifying Doubles division will undergo U.S. Anti-Doping testing.

All of the Team USA Qualifying divisions will use the new IRF adopted scoring system, often referred to as "rally scoring." With rally scoring, a point is earned at the end of each rally by the winner of the rally, regardless of whether the winner of the rally is the server or the receiver.


·The best of five (5) games will be played.

·The first four (4) games will be played to 15 points, win by one (1) point.

·If a fifth (tiebreaker) game is necessary, it will be played to 11 points, win by two (2) points.

·There will be one (1) timeout per game.

·There will be a limit of two (2) appeals per game.

·The time between games will be two (2) minutes.

Feel the tensions rise as we crown our National Doubles and Singles Champions! Be there in person as they chase for a spot on the U.S. Adult National Team in the Team Qualifying competition.

Singles Champion: $500 Singles

Runner-Up: $250

Doubles Champions: $1,000/Team Doubles

Runner-Ups: $500/Team
