Monchik Resigns as Special Ambassador

Dec. 06, 2020, 11:23 a.m. (ET)

As you may be aware, earlier this week USA Racquetball received the resignation of its first Special Ambassador, Sudsy Monchik. We are saddened by the news but are excited about what the future holds for Sudsy as he moves forward to leverage his voice and energy in other areas of the sport. We thank Sudsy for his dedication and support to USA Racquetball, and we very much appreciate his generous contributions in helping our sport during this challenging time in our history.

USA Racquetball debuted the Real Racquetball Show this past summer. Sudsy’s years of experience and knowledge of racquetball made him an important member of the Real Racquetball Show team. He played a significant role in the show's inception and in its success, facilitating questions from the racquetball family and partnering with the team to cover topics that addressed those questions. USA Racquetball looks forward to collaborating with Sudsy on new projects in the future.

Speaking of the future, a great edition of the Real Racquetball Show is in the works to close out this first season. We will take great pride in celebrating our newest Real Racquetball Champion...or will it be Champions?Watch for the date and tune in on Facebook or YouTube as we continue to share and applaud the work that’s being done across the country to promote and strengthen racquetball.

As we say goodbye to 2020 and look to 2021, USA Racquetball and the Real Racquetball Show team members are eager to continue to hail the “movers and shakers” of racquetball and to provide insights and information to our racquetball community. Stay tuned -- more to come!

Wishing Sudsy, his family, and all of YOU a healthy and peaceful holiday season.
