Did you know February is National Racquetball Month? USA Racquetball invites you to celebrate with us as we share stories from members about the sport we love.

USA Racquetball challenges you to bring your family, friends and coworkers out to try racquetball. Take a picture of your crew on the courts and share with USA Racquetball on social media using the hashtags #racquetball and #racquetballmonth.

We all know how great of a workout racquetball can be, but it also improves your spirit and reduces stress. Exercise boosts your immune system and increases your endorphins, causing moods to elevate and sweat away the stress of the day.
