President's Cup Championship Recap

USA Judo wrapped up its 2019 events on November 24, 2019 in Irving, Texas. The USA Judo National President’s Cup Championships hosted 502 registrants, with athletes ranging from 5 - 74 years old.

This was the seventh time in a row USA Judo hosted this tournament at the Irving Convention Center.

The team event was held for most medals won at this event. The teams with the most points were named Team Champion for the 2019 National President’s Cup Championships:

First Place - Ki-Itsu-Sai National Training Center

Second Place - Fort Worth Judo Club

Third Place - Cohen Brothers Training Center

Ki-Itsu-Sai, the first-place overall team won ten gold, three silver, and two bronze medals.

“All of them fought with passion and heart. They finished each match knowing that working on their mental and physical preparation is the only way the achieve their goals. We trust the process,” said Ki-Itsu-Sai on their Facebook page. “We couldn’t be more proud of the results.”
