This clinic will go over the basic techniques of atemi (striking), drawing on the various kata of Judo. The basis of this clinic being that proper defense comes from practice of defending a proper strike. Improper striking technique propagates improper defense of strikes.
Coffee and doughnuts will be provided before the clinic.
