- Your current registration is still valid for the new date of April 22
- If you are unable to come you are entitled to a refund -- contact wildcat.judo.tournament@gmail.com to make arrangements, alternatively you may roll the donation to the 2024 Wildcat to cover your entry fees
- If you elected to pay on site there is no change and we will still collect the funds from you on tournament morning

WEIGH-INS: | Registration and Weigh-In Saturday, March 22 7:30 to 8:30am: Juniors / Ne Waza / Veterans check-in / weigh-in will close promptly at 8:30 am After 9:00am: Senior divisions Evening weigh-ins are available from 7 – 9pm on Friday 3/3 at the tournament location. Satellite weigh-ins will be permitted at clubs where there is a calibrated scale and should be completed no earlier than Thursday 3/2. Club officers / coaches / managers please submit lists by Friday 3/3 noon |
REGISTRATION: | Entry Fees: Standard rates shown through 3/1. Early-bird $20 discount applied per competitor/team when registered and paid by 2/18! $60 – Junior / Ne Waza / Senior Novice / Collegiate / Veteran divisions; Additional divisions $20 each $85 – any Senior Advanced division $100 – Kata teams; Additional kata $30 Walk-ups*: $75 – Junior / Ne Waza / Senior Novice / Collegiate / Veteran; Additional divisions $25 each $100 – any Senior Advanced division |
ELIGIBILITY: | Anyone currently registered with any of the national governing bodies USA Judo, USJA, USJF, or ATJA may enter the tournament. Cards must be presented at registration or a copy uploaded with pre-registration. Membership applications will be available during check-in with payment by check or credit card only. Collegiate competitors must present proof of enrollment per NCJA standards. NCJA membership not required. See ncjajudo.org for info. Regional referee certification offered. |
- 3 mat areas in a beautiful modern University venue
- Prize money in Senior Advanced divisions / medals for all other divisions
- Grand Champion overall competition for winners of Senior Advanced to double prize money
