NATIONAL COACHING FORUM

The National Coaching Forum, sponsored by Zag Sports, is an annual clinic featuring the USA National Coaching Staff. All USA Field Hockey Coach Members are invited to attend, though the course is specifically designed for advanced Level II and Level III Coaches. The Forum runs over two days and is tentatively planned to be held at Spooky Nook Sports, Home of Hockey, in Lancaster, Pa. in December 2016. Registration will open on October 1, 2016. Mark your calendar!

The 2016 National Coaching Forum is the annual opportunity to learn what the U.S. Men’s and Women’s National Team Head Coaches, Chris Clements and Craig Parnham, are doing to train, motivate and empower their teams. We will show how Parnham’s practice and mental approach has turned our U.S. Women’s National Team into world contenders. The Forum will also feature the USA National Team staff psychologist, trainer and nutritionist to impart their knowledge and assist coaches in their own journey to success with their teams. The Forum will feature additional guest speakers and will include discussion of the Rio 2016 Olympic Games experience.

The Forum will be divided into two programs this year:

Program 1 – 2-Day – All-Day Friday and Saturday – Higher Level Coaches – $215

Program 2 – 1-Day – Friday Dome Arena Sessions Only – All Coaching Levels – $95

Please plan to join us for the National Coaching Forum in 2016. For more information, contact coaching@usafieldhockey.com.
