Region 7 is unique in that it consists of two states and a district: Delaware, Maryland and Washington, D.C. Although Region 7 is one of the smaller geographic regions in the country, it is rich in tradition and history. The region is home to some of the top high school and collegiate programs across all divisions. It is also home to a large number of clubs providing year-round playing opportunities for boys and girls of all ages. Field hockey is growing in Region 7, with new programs forming each year.

Liz is the main contact for Nexus in Region 7: Chesapeake. Athletes, coaches and parents, if you have any questions related to Nexus in Delaware, Maryland and Washington, D.C., please contact Liz at RDM7@usafieldhockey.com
