I just renewed my membership for 2018-2019 but my new membership shows as pending?

Your membership account is showing that you have a membership that is still current. The new, pending membership that you just purchased will automatically become current when the old one expires.

I can’t remember my username or password for my member account. How do I get it? 

To retrieve your password or username CLICK HERE. If you still cannot access your account, please send an email to membership@usafieldhockey.com. Be sure to include your name and membership number.

What does Participant Accident Insurance cover?

USA Field Hockey provides Excess Medical and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) coverage for members while participating in covered activities. CLICK HERE for all information regarding the coverage. Questions regarding specific coverage limitations should be directed to Integro.

My information in my account needs to be updated. How do I do this?

Most information can be changed or updated on your member profile like mailing address, email or phone number. If for some reason you need to change your name, birthday or gender, you will need to contact membership@usafieldhockey.comBe sure to include your name and membership number.

Where can I find Adult playing opportunities?

Club information can be found by using USA Field Hockey's Find a Club page. Use the filters to find an Adult club in your area.

Am I able to upgrade my membership to a Coach or Umpire Membership?

  • Log on to your USA Field Hockey account by clicking here
  • Click on Member Area
  • Click on Adult Upgrade
  • Select Either Coach or Umpire Upgrade
    • If you plan to umpire at any time this year click on Adult Umpire Upgrade
    • Click Continue
    • Update all Contact Information
    • Submit your Background Check
    • Once you have completed all of the steps you will receive an on-screen confirmation as well as email confirmation
