The U-12 or U-19 designation on athletes' memberships is strictly a USA Field Hockey Membership category (as is adult, coach and umpire). This does not affect an athlete's age-group classification for playing. If an athlete is under-12 on the day of purchasing a membership, he/she is required to have a U-12 Membership, and if an athlete is under-19 and over-12, he/she is required to have a U-19 Membership.
Yes, as long as you meet the age requirement and still have an active USA Field Hockey Membership you are allowed to go to an event with your club. Even if you are currently a NCAA Field Hockey player.
