A USA Field Hockey Coach Membership is for anyone looking to play the important role of not only teaching the game, but also demonstrating the value of teamwork, discipline and sacrifice to athletes. As a member, you can coach and compete in Regional, National and Sanctioned Events. The Coach Membership costs $95.00 for one (1) year and includes many valuable benefits including:
- Free access to the Coaching Field Hockey and Coaching Field Hockey Goalkeeping online courses on the NFHS Learning Center
- Additional savings for in-person Coach Education offerings

USA Field Hockey offers in person courses to help welcome and mentor new coaches as well as inspire and assist veteran coaches. Courses include Level 1 and Level 2 Instructional Coaching Clinics, Technical Skills Workshop, National Goalkeeping and National Coaches Forums, USA Field Hockey Summit and much more. Members receive $50.00 off Level 1 Instructional Coaching Clinics and $75.00 off Level 2 Instructional Clinics.

Coach Members can participate year-round through Regional, National and Sanctioned Events. As a member, you can participate in events like the Disney Field Hockey Showcase, National Indoor Tournament, National Hockey Festival, and much more.

As a Coach Member, you receive an annual comprehensive background check. You can obtain a copy of the background check to share with other organizations who may require the screening.
As a member, you also become "SafeSport Trained". The training helps coaches recognize when an athlete may be abused but most importantly, coaches will learn how to prevent this from happening or how to respond and help if the abuse has already happened. By taking this training, you are a part of USA Field Hockey's daily efforts to make athlete well-being the centerpiece of the nation’s sport programs.
