CHAPEL HILL, N.C. – January 17, 2020 – In just one week, the FIH Hockey Pro League competition in the United States will kick off when the No. 13 U.S. Women’s National Team hosts No. 1 The Netherlands at Karen Shelton Stadium in Chapel Hill, N.C.

“The 2020 FIH Hockey Pro League provides an opportunity for the U.S. Women’s National Team to develop by competing against the top teams in the world,” said Simon Hoskins, USA Field Hockey’s Executive Director. “The regular scheduled competition offered by the FIH Hockey Pro League allows both the athletes and coaches to meet international competition all while growing visibility for the sport.”
