Undefeated Middlebury tops Penn Monto/NFHCA Division III National Coaches Poll

GILBERT, Ariz. - October 1, 2019 - The Middlebury College Panthers, unbeaten after nine games, were voted into first on the Penn Monto/NFHCA Division III National Coaches Poll. Middlebury will fight to defend their 9-0 record when they visit conference opponent, No. 14 Bates College, on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. ET (watch on Northeast Sports Network).
Games to Watch
Tonight, the University of Rochester will visit St. John Fisher College in a cross-city matchup at 6:00 p.m. ET - both teams received votes this week and are tied for the top spot in their respective conferences (watch on Cardinal All-Access).
Field hockey fans will not want to miss the top-20 matchup for Lancaster County bragging rights between No. 7 Franklin & Marshall College and No. 13 Messiah College - the game is set to take place on Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. ET on Messiah's campus (watch on GoMessiah.TV).
The game to watch this week will take place on Thursday evening between still-undefeated No. 2 The College of New Jersey and steadily climbing No. 9 Ursinus College - pushback is set for 7:00 p.m. ET at Ursinus (watch live, here).
