COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – May 2, 2019 – USA Field Hockey would like to formally announce that Brynne Satre will be joining the Events Department as the Events and Club Services Coordinator.

Previously an intern with the Membership Department in the summer of 2018, Satre is a native of Davis, Calif. and will be completing her master's degree in sport management from Texas A&M University at the middle of May.

“We’re thrilled to have Brynne be a part of the Events and Club Services team,” said Madeline Hoeppner, USA Field Hockey’s Events and Club Services Manager. “Her work ethic and experience within the organization will no doubt strengthen the team. She will be instrumental in the upcoming planning of our Summer Bash Events and the 2019 National Hockey Festival in Tampa, Fla.”

As the Events and Club Services Coordinator, Satre’s responsibilities will include assisting in the development of marketing and promotional materials for USA Field Hockey National Events, construction of event competition schedules and coordinating team registration processes. She will also be responsible for providing a high quality of customer service to USA Field Hockey Member Clubs, helping to field inquiries, troubleshoot system issues and address concerns raised by constituents.

"I truly loved my experience as an intern here last summer and also remember how much fun going to tournaments as a player was, so being a member of the Events Team is both a privilege and amazing opportunity to further my career,” said Satre. “I look forward to helping grow the game and give back to the sport that has given so much to me."

Satre started playing field hockey as a freshman in high school before going on to play collegiately from 2012-16 at Missouri State University, where she majored in recreation, sport, and parks administration and minored in marketing.
