Free Learn to Play Clinic with USMNT Staff Coming to Greenwich, Conn.

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - July 18, 2018 - USA Field Hockey would like to invite boys and girls of all ages to attend a series of free Learn to Play Field Hockey clinics with the U.S. Men’s National Team coaching staff on August 6, 7 and 9 in Greenwich, Conn. These clinics will be held at Sacred Heart Greenwich prior to the Junior U.S. Men’s National Team competitions against Chile, August 6-10. 

This is the perfect opportunity for boys and girls ages 5+ to try field hockey. Soccer, lacrosse, and ice hockey players and teams are encouraged to come out and play! Local field hockey players and teams are also invited to join in on the fun as well. 

The clinic is open to boys and girls of all skill levels. Whether you are brand-new player or have playing experience, you are invited to play! Equipment will be provided for players who do not have any. All players are encouraged to come with their own water bottle, shinguards, mouthguard and a field hockey stick. 

If you are in the area, come out, bring a friend and join us for a fun and exciting evening of field hockey, an Olympic Sport for men and women and one of the most popular sports in the world!
