USA Women's National Team member, Keli Smith, will be featured in an upcoming issue of MTV Made. Not as the person being "Made", but as the Made Coach.

 

The hour long episode, which airs on Friday, June 24 at 4:00pm EST, will showcase Phoebus High School's girls' field hockey team being whipped into shape by Smith.

 

The show documents teenagers as they strive to achieve a personal goal with the help of celebrity coaches. Generally the goal is farfetched and the show reveals the struggles and sacrifices made to achieve their goals.

 

Smith has been a member of the National Team since 2001. A graduate of the University of Maryland, Smith helped lead the Terps to a NCAA Championship Title in 1999. She has since competed in 151 international matches with Team USA, including the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games.
