National Indoor Tournament Qualifiers Weather Cancelations/Delays
If 16 or more teams are able to attend and no other dates are available for rescheduling the National Indoor Tournament Qualifiers (NITQ) the event will still occur. If less than 16 can attend the NITQ may be canceled. If canceled, 50% of the teams registered at that site will advance to the National Indoor Tournament based off of previous year's NITQ qualifying percentage. Hosts will be responsible for communicating cancellations and delays and will be basing decisions off of local weather guidance. Delays will be communicated the night prior or by 6:00 a.m. on the day of.
The National Indoor Tournament Qualifiers (NITQ) are the official qualifying tournaments for the National Indoor Tournament (NIT) for the U-16 and U-19 Girls age divisions. The NITQ are held every year beginning in December and lasting through the end of January and give standout indoor club teams from across the United States the chance to compete regionally for the chance to advance to the annual NIT.
