GAME ON Field Hockey is a small-sided game that can be played to learn basic skills and concepts in a stage and age-appropriate setting. Instructions and suggestions for GAME ON Field Hockey and associated leadership roles are included in the GOCard deck.
GO Cards support GAME ON Field Hockey play, providing many hours of fun activities to help individuals get started and develop core skills and tactics. Each of the 50 GO Cards explains a game and how to play it, as well as key coaching points. The back of each card provides suggested modifications to make the game easier or harder to suit the age and experience of participating players.
