Who qualifies from Zones, and are there replacement divers?
- All HPS3 divers are prequalified to the semi-finals of Junior Nationals. They are listed on the prequalification list. If a HPS 3 diver places in the top 10 on springboard or the top 7 on platform, all divers behind the prequalified diver move up and an additional person will be brought forth.

- If a YMCA National Champion places 1-3 in any event, they have superseded their prequalification and are treated like any non-prequalified diver. No additional divers are brought forth.
