USA Curling Junior High Performance Program 2019-2020
Application Deadline: Wednesday, April 24, 2019

The USA Curling (USCA) 2019-2020 Junior High Performance Program (HPP) is aimed at identifying and developing the country’s best talent for future competitive success. Athletes will be selected for HPP on an individual basis.  The USCA HPP Junior National Coaching Team, in consultation with Derek Brown, Director of High Performance, will review all applicants and select participants. Applicants should be aware that HPP is aimed at the elite athlete population who have already excelled at the highest levels of Junior Nationals and U18 National Championships. The deadline to submit applications for the 2019-2020 Junior HPP is Wednesday, April 24, 2019. Applicants will be informed of the USCA HPP National Coaching Team’s decision on whether they have been accepted by Sunday, April 28, 2019.

An information webinar will be held at 8 p.m. CT on Wednesday, April 17, in order to better inform prospective athletes and parents regarding program requirements and commitments, including outlining program schedules, finances, and expectations. Details for the webinar can be obtained by emailing Dave Jensen at dave.jensen@usacurl.org.
