USA Boxing to Receive Donations from Purchases of Board member Héctor Colón’s New Memoir

Nov. 10, 2020, 10:31 a.m. (ET)

USA Boxing proudly announced today their collaboration with Board member and Vice President Héctor Colón to promote his recently released memoir, “My Journey from Boxing Ring to Boardroom: 5 Virtues for Life and Leadership” in exchange for donated proceeds from every book purchase (special code required).

More than a business memoir, From Boxing Ring to Boardroom follows Colón from his challenging childhood through his international boxing success to his current position as CEO of one of the Midwest’s largest nonprofit organizations.

Always exemplifying what it means to be a champion, 1993 U.S. National Champion and winner of the F. Don Miller Award, an award presented to boxers who display skills inside the ring as well as respect toward their peers and a determination to obtain goals outside the ring, Colón shows how he has come full circle by starting as a boxing champion with USA Boxing and now serving as a champion in the boardrooms of Lutheran Social Services and USA Boxing.

$2.00 from each book purchased with the code “USA Boxing” will be donated back to where it all began.
