Junior Boys Head to Colorado This Week for High Performance Training Camp

The 13 members of the 2020 Junior Boys High Performance team arrive in Colorado Springs, Colo. on Wednesday to begin training camp for their international competition later this month in Bulgaria. A full camp roster can be seen below.

National Junior and Youth Head Coach Augie Sanchez (Las Vegas, Nev.) will guide the young team alongside assistant coaches Gilberto Garza (San Antonio, Texas), Michael Lugo (Marietta, Ga.) and Jonathan Pramas (Salisbury, Mass.), for the 10-day training camp before departing for Botevgrad, Bulgaria to compete in the 2020 Emil Jechev Memorial Tournament. 

All but two members of Team USA, Carl Garrison (Balch Springs, Texas) and Nathan Lugo (Marietta, Ga.), will be attending their first training camp at the United States Olympic and Paralympic Training Center and making their international debuts for Team USA.
