USA Boxing announced today their partnership with the Hotel Eleganté Conference & Event Center to be the official “home away from home” for USA Boxing’s High Performance Teams in 2021, including the Olympic Qualification Team.

“Hotel Eleganté has been a great partner to USA Boxing, helping provide accommodations for multi nation training camps and competitions in Colorado Springs over the past several years,” said USA Boxing High Performance Director Matt Johnson. “One of our biggest challenges in 2020 has been the inability to access our national gym at the Olympic & Paralympic Training Center, given the restrictions in place due to COVID-19. Hotel Elegante has gone above and beyond to provide a safe environment for our Olympic Qualification Team to continue training in preparation of the Tokyo Olympic Games.”

The 13 boxers who will look to represent Team USA at the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020 next summer, along with any other boxers attending USA Boxing training camps in Colorado Springs, Colo., will stay at the Hotel Eleganté during their time in camp.

“Hotel Eleganté Conference & Event Center is privileged to partner with USA Boxing during these extraordinary times,” stated Toby Reed, Senior Sales Manager of Hotel Eleganté.  “We are committed to providing clean and sanitized training space, quiet and secure sleeping rooms, specific menus to assist athletes in meeting their nutritional goals, and transportation to and from the airport. It is an honor for Hotel Eleganté to partner with USA Boxing as they prepare for the rescheduled 2021 Olympic Games in Tokyo.”

Please join us in wishing the USA Boxing team the best of luck for the 2021 Tokyo Games.
