New USA Boxing Daily Strength and Conditioning Daily Workouts

After our first two daily workout releases were such a huge success, we wanted to provide our members another strength and conditioning daily workout to complete over the next four weeks.

These workouts, which were put together by USA Boxing’s National Strength and Conditioning Coach Jose Polanco, can be done at home without any equipment, and will be a great way to continue staying in shape to be ready to return to the boxing ring when the time comes.
