Junior Boys High Performance Squad Returns to Colorado to Prepare for International Competition

12 members of the junior boys high performance squad returned to Colorado Springs, Colo. today to begin training camp at the Olympic Training Center until June 7. A full camp roster can be seen below.

 

The boxers will be making final preparation for the 2019 Bornemissza Tournament in Eger, Hungary, which begins June 8. This tournament will be the boxers international debut for Team USA and USA Boxing.

 

National Junior and Youth Coach Augie Sanchez (Las Vegas, Nev.) will head the training camp, with Michael Lugo (Marietta, Ga.), Edward Ochoa Jr. (Gilbert, Ariz.) and Pete Rojas Jr.(Grand Prairie, Texas) serving as assistant coaches throughout the tournament.
