Junior Boys High Performance Training Camp Begins Today

11 members of the junior boys high performance squad have arrived at the United States Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colo. for their first training camp of 2019. A complete roster can be seen below


USA Boxing Junior and Youth National Coach Augie Sanchez (Las Vegas, Nev.) will be leading the camp, which runs until March 13. Tyshaun Goldston (Albany, N.Y.), Keith Harrison (Fort Washington, Md.) and Timothy Nolan (Rochester, N.Y.) will be joining Sanchez on the coaching staff for this training camp.


The 10 day camp will feature multiple training sessions a day, including bag work, sparring, strength and conditioning, as well as technical work. The camp will also serve as preparation for the upcoming USA vs. Japan duel later this year in Tokyo, Japan for the junior team.
