First Champions Crowned on Second Day of the 2019 National Junior Olympics

A total of six champions, 5 pee-wee female and 1 youth male, was crowned on the second day of action of the 2019 National Junior Olympics, Prep Nationals and Youth Open Championships in Madison, Wisc.

The day got started with the pee-wee, bantam and intermediate male quarterfinals, as well as the bantam and intermediate female semifinal bouts. The session concluded with the crowning of five pee-wee female champions.

The second session of the day began with the recognition of the unopposed champions. A full list of unopposed champions can be seen below. The evening also saw exciting junior and youth bouts, as they all were boxing to continue on to the next day of competition. The second day concluded with the youth heavyweight championship bout.
