The current USABS AAC members are Veronica Day, Alex Ivanov, Bree Schaaf, Nic Taylor, Elana Meyers Taylor and Steve Langton. Bios for the AAC representatives are below:

Elana Meyers Taylor (USOC AAC Alternate) is a three-time Olympic medalist in women's bobsled. She claimed bronze as a push athlete with pilot Erin Pac at the 2010 Vancouver Games, and two silver medals as a driver at both the 2014 Sochi Games and the 2018 PyeongChang Games. Meyers Taylor continues to lead the team internationally and has been an outspoken advocate for advancing the sport of bobsled for women.

Bree Schaaf (Board of Directors, USOC AAC Leadership) was the NBC Olympics Analyst/Correspondent from 2014-2018, IBSF Emerging Nations Bobsled/Skeleton Coach, IBSF ParaBobsled Coach. Schaaf is a 2010 Olympian, where she finished in fifth place in women’s bobsled, and she competed at four World Championships in both skeleton and bobsled (from 2002-2014).

Nicholas "Nic" Taylor has competed in the sport of bobsled as a brakeman since 2011. He is married to bobsled pilot Elana Meyers-Taylor. In 2016, he tried the sport of skeleton. His brief skeleton career resulted in the American record push start for the Lake Placid, N.Y. track and more bruises than he could count! He holds a bachelors degree in sports psychology, a masters degree in exercise science, and is pursuing a Doctorate of Chiropractic. In the offseason Nic works as a performance coach. He has held positions at Altis, UCLA, and the Olympic Training Center. Taylor is his mother's favorite bobsledder, and hopes to become your favorite as well!

Veronica Day (Board of Directors, AAC Secretary) began skeleton in the fall of 2011 after watching the 2010 Olympics. Over the past seven years she has transferred her skills as a long/triple jumper into a skeleton athlete through multiple National Team berths, a National Push Championship title and a North American Cup Overall title.  She is the athlete representative to the USABS Board of Directors after being elected into the AAC in 2015.

Steve Langton (USOC AAC Rep) competed in the 2010 Vancouver Games, 2014 Sochi Games and the 2018 PyeongChang Games as a push athlete in men's bobsled.
