ENTRY

Cost: $200 per player up to three events

Requirements:

  1. Current USA Badminton membership
  2. BWF ID

For USAB members without a BWF ID, the request deadline is Friday Nov 1, 2019. More information on our website.

Entry deadline: Tuesday Nov 12, 2019 at 11:59 PM PST.

Late entry deadline: Friday Nov 15, 2019 at 11:59 AM PST

All entries after the late entry deadline will not be accepted. Entries must be submitted and paid in full to be complete.

Note: Entry fees are due if player is entered and not withdrawn by BWF entry deadline (Nov 12, 2019 11:59 PM PST)

WITHDRAWALS

Withdrawal deadline: Friday Nov 29, 2019 at 11:59 AM PST

USA Badminton will not be liable for any late withdrawal requests per USAB’s international entry policy and the athlete will be responsible for any BWF penalties. 

All late withdrawal requests must be emailed to internationalentry.usab@gmail.com and the following persons must be copied:

  2. Tournament Referee trevormccain2@yahoo.com

Notes:

*Non-refundable processing fee of $35 charged per player

*Refunds only to those players that withdraw before entry deadline or are not in the main or qualifying draw.

COACHING ACCREDITATIONS

Requirements –

USA based personal coach

  1. USAB member
  2. Current background screen
  3. SafeSport
  4. USAB certified coach
  5. Pay $30 via application link

Note:

1. Once approved, USA Badminton will notify the host to issue the Accreditation. 
2. The Coaching Accreditation is to be used to access the tournament to coach competing athletes. If the applicant abuses the privilege such as allowing others to use his/her Accreditation or disregards venue rules, USAB, the host and the Referee reserves the right to revoke the Coaching Accreditation.
