All individuals, regardless of membership with USA Badminton, are encouraged to report suspected violations of the SafeSport Code, USAB SafeSport Policy, and or USAB Minor Abuse Prevention Policy. Please note that there are a few reporting options and requirements to report abuse.

According to the 2020 SafeSport Code, an Adult Participant who learns of information and reasonably suspects that a child has suffered an incident of child abuse, including sexual abuse, shall immediately make a report of the suspected abuse to both Law Enforcement and the U.S. Center for SafeSport. Filing a report with USAB does not satisfy this obligation.

By reporting to USA Badminton (USAB), you are giving permission to the USAB staff to contact you. Your report will be sent to the appropriate authority for review and action. Although USAB accepts anonymous reporting be aware that doing so limits the ability to investigate and respond. We commend and respect your effort to take this issue seriously. We also encourage honest and effective reporting, as well also remind you that making a false or malicious report will not be tolerated and may be a violation of USAB Bylaws.
